Code Win Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1Introduction

Welcome to Code Win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that govern the relationship between you (the "Player") and Code Win ("we," "us," "our") when you access or use any part of the Code Win platform, including our website at codewin.asia, any mobile application we may release, and all gaming, betting, and promotional services we provide.

Code Win is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable online gaming experience for Filipino players. We want every person who plays on our platform to feel confident about how we operate — and that starts with being upfront about what you're agreing to when you sign up.

By creating a Code Win account or using our services in any way, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. 2Eligibility

To open and use a Code Win account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines and Code Win strictly enforces it.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your responsibility to verify that using Code Win is lawful in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by Code Win or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, another person.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of Code Win or any of its affiliated companies.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Code Win account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different email addresses, different devices, or using other people's details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Code Win may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the details you have provided. Providing false information is grounds for account closure andfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Code Win login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not allow other people to access your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Code Win support immediately at support@codewin.asia. Code Win cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to protect their credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Code Win is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification may require you to submit a government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that cannot be verified within 30 days of a verification request may be suspended.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Code Win supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Code Win does not accept deposits in foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ₱500,000 (higher limits may apply after enhanced verification)

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited instantly most cases. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically reflect within minutes during business hours; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within five minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank withdrawals are processed within one banking day.

4.4 Player Funds Protection

Code Win holds player funds in accounts segregated from our operating funds. This means your deposited balance is protected and will not be used to cover Code Win's operational costs. In the event of business interruption, player funds remain accessible.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Minimum Bet

The minimum bet across Code Win's sports betting and casino games is ₱20, though specific games or markets may carry different minimums as displayed in the game interface. These minimums are subject to change and will always be shown clearly before you confirm a bet.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by Code Win. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation reference number. Code Win reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the stakes of any player without being required to provide a reason. This is a standard practice across licensed gaming operators.

5.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical error — including but not limited to software faults, incorrect odds display, or connection failures — Code Win reserves the right to void any affected bets. If a technical fault results in an incorrect payout, Code Win will recover the overpayment from your account. We will always notify you before any such recovery takes place.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including: the cancellation or postponement of a sporting event beyond24 hours from the scheduled start; the discovery of incorrect odds due to a manifest error; or confirmed match-fixing or irregular activity. Void bets are returned to your Code Win wallet balance.

5.5 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is subject to faster odds changes than pre-match betting. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Code Win is not responsible for bets placed on events that are already in progress if the player was unaware of the current game state.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Code Win offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, freets, and cashback offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates — which are stated on the relevant promotion page.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered at least 10 times on qualifying games or bet types before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bets placed on excluded games or below minimum odds do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Abuse and Fraud

Code Win monitors promotional activity for signs of abuse. Practices including bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly), arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and collusion between players to exploit promotional terms are strictly prohibited. Code Win reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winings if abuse is detected, and to close the accounts involved.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only participate in one promotional offer at a time. Overlapping bonus claims without Code Win's written approval will result in the most recently claimed bonus being voided.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited on the Code Win platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets without human input
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sporting fraud
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise Code Win's platform
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true location
• Money laundering or using Code Win for any financial transaction that violates Philippine law
• Sharing account credentials or allowing another person to operate your account
• Impersonating Code Win staff, other players, or any third party
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party for compensation or as a commercial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward Code Win staff or other players

8Privacy & Data

Code Win collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Code Win, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We use your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, detect and prevent fraud, and where you have opted in, to send you promotions and updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the Code Win platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Code Win or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Code Win content without our prior written consent. Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from Code Win is strictly prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

Code Win's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.

Code Win is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses

Nothing in these Terms limits Code Win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by Philippine law.

11Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Code Win account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in full. If you have active bonuses with wagering requirements at the time of closure, the bonus funds will be forfeited but your real-money balance will be returned.

11.2 Termination by Code Win

Code Win may suspend or permanently close any account — with or without notice, depending on the circumstances — if we determine that the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the account would put Code Win in breach of any legal or regulatory obligation.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for breach, Code Win may withold any balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, all balances and pending winnings associated with the breach may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

12Responsible Gaming

Code Win takes responsible gaming seriously and we want every player on our platform to maintain a healthy relationship with gaming. We provide the following tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Spending Limits: Cap how much you can wager within a given period.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based reminders that pop up during long gaming sessions.
• Cool-Down Periods: Take a break for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Code Win. This takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

13Changes to These Terms

Code Win reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email and/or a notice on the Code Win homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. Any bets placed or transactions completed before the effective date will be governed by the Terms that were in force at that time.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we strongly encourage players to contact Code Win's support team to attempt to resolve any issue informally. Most account and transaction disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Complaints may be submitted to Code Win via email at support@codewin.asia. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a complaint remains unresolved after 30 days, the player may escalate to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
